How to Enter:
- Customer must open ‘Royal Roulette game within www.burgerking.co.nz or the BK®App and play the game during the promotional period.
- A maximum of one entry is permitted per person, per day.
- Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Prize:
There are multiple prizes to be won and these will change throughout the period of the promotion, at the discretion of the Promotor, with 4 prizes available at any one time.
Burger King NZ has the right to change the prize pool at any time. All entrants will win one of the prizes that are presented to them on the day they play the game. The Prize pool each day will consist of 1 prize from each of group A, B, C and D.

Winner Notification:
- Customers will be immediately informed of their prize. Winners of Crowns will see the points appear in their account within a few minutes. Winners of Burger King Menu items should see their offers within the "Offers Page" online (in the BK®App or at www.burgerking.co.nz) within 5 minutes. Winners will need to be logged in to their account to see and access their prize. Menu item prizes will be valid for 24 hours, and available while showing in the ‘offers’ section of the winners Royal Perks account (online or via the app).
The winner will be deemed to be the registered owner of the Royal Perks account associated with each winning entry
Redeeming your prize:
- Winners of menu items will select the prize from within their ‘Offers Page’ and follow prompts to ‘add to order’ and purchase online, or can choose to ‘use at restaurant’ by quoting the 6-digit code at Drive-Thru or In-restaurant.
- Menu item prizes can only be redeemed at participating Burger King NZ restaurants during opening hours, subject to availability.

The stuff you have won is almost the same as the prize pool % chance of winning it. So out of 10 spins, you get 1x BK chicken, 2x creamy mayo, 3x drinks and 4x crowns
Out of about 8 spins now I've won 6x free drink, 1x 100 crowns and 1x creamy mayo. I am convinced it's more common to get free drink than crowns
I’m the opposite.
Think I’ve done 18 spins and from that won 2x free drinks and 16 x 100 crowns.

Whopper is back again. There is only a week remaining so I wonder if they're going to do the Hawaiian BK Chicken, BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger, Onion Rings etc
Wheel still says BK Chicken and BBQ Rodeo for me, but when you spin they are actually Whopper and Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger
Pineapples are too expensive during winter so it got cancelled, haa
So disappointed you can’t win the BK Chicken anymore and doesn’t sound like they’ll be changing it to the other 2 planned chicken burgers either 😩 ah well

I don't think all your crowns will expire on stated x date. Perhaps only the crowns you gained 12 months before that x date. Not 100% sure.
I’m pretty sure the points only expire if you don’t make a purchase for 6 months, otherwise they don’t expire 😊

Would love to know what this did for their sales/profit over the months it was run! I think my genetic makeup is approximately 15% Whopper at present, with the free combos and 99c burgers…

They failed to train their staff properly. I only got asked if I need to purchase something else only in the 3rd and 4th week.

When do the crowns expire? Never used any yet got about 3k spread over a few emails.
