OP - Need to update the start time of the post to 5pm today (it shows as live now otherwise).
Also, add the coupon code: SAVE20 which is needed to get the discount.

    • Thanks so much for that! I forgot the code and couldn't figure out how to set the time, but I found it this time around :/

  • Has anyone used the ToolPro soldering iron? The 12v rotary tool and ratchet wrench are pretty great for my purposes and I've been a bit interested in grabbing the soldering iron to go with them..

    • I'd go with the Pinecil instead if you're wanting a soldering iron

    • Meh, it's a stick that gets hot. Not a lot that can go wrong unless your trying to solder computer circuits.

My best one cost me $10. My worst is a temp control station that cost over $400.

Not available for delivery or click and collect but might be in store somewhere?

Buying suggestion: Really good pricing ($199) , after the 20% discount on their basic AGM 100 A.H 12v deep cycle battery for camping / solar , RV / Caravan / home power backup etc , at: https://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/p-maxx-deep-cycle-battery-d…

(If you want to get a good reasonable life and performance from these AGM D.C batteries some tips: monitor them closely so you don't allow the charge capacity to go below 50% on your useage cycles. Don't leave them on a set float maintenance charge arrangement as residual internal heat degrades them faster. Set up a timer based intermittent low current AGM mode charge, on a good quality brand name charger e.g CTEK, say 1 X per week for a few hours +. If set up and left as a mains power backup - inverter arrangement , then if it's being left with no discharge for months , then. approx every 3 months give them a slow gentle discharge down about 30% or so, (so maybe to70% approx of capacity), then recharge them right up to full straight after. And an often more difficult tip: try to locate them in a temperature surrounding that's reasonably moderate so NOT where they will get highly heated or very cold)..
