          Are you definitely using the same email address for both FlyBuys and realestate.co.nz?

          If so, you could try contacting FlyBuys, but whether it is worth it for $5 / $6 is another matter.

              In that case, I can only suggest trying FB customer support (if they have any left!)

    I tried to setup an account and got the error… There's an unexpected error. Please try again later. I also tried to see if my email address already had an account, but the forgot password feature never sent me any code to reset it if it did..

          Email is automated, and points are processed 10 business days after the promo end date:

          Your bonus Flybuys should be loaded to your account within 10 business days of the end of the Promotion Period

    I received like three emails and saved like five times, just nothing seemed to be happening with no email and no points. I wonder whether it's because I was already a member of realestate.nz? The names and emails are definitely the same.

      No mine haven't arrived. I've just emailed FlyBuys to enquire as to why. I never got the confirmation email following saving it either. (both accounts are the same email etc. so not sure why!) I'll let you know if they come back.
