Where is the minimum top up on the terms and conditions? I can’t find it. Only says $5 spend?

        • +1

Minimum top up is on the Revolut side when you top your account up - The wording is slightly confusing. But offer is valid, Got my $15 this morning

          • @discooinfernoo: How much did you top up?

            • @CheapJimmy: $25 top up via apple pay, spent $5 on a coffee then got the $15 added in the day after - I travel a bit and used to use Wise all the time but going to use Revolut now, pretty impressed with the service and app. Works really well.

@discooinfernoo: Revolut charges extra conversion fees on the weekends because "markets are closed".
I found wise to be slightly cheaper.

                • @ember: It's 1%, which is also the fee after you hit their free conversion limit. Depending on the currency it can be quite similar to Wise.

                  • @kfr23: Yea its always going to be a bit of give and take with these apps. Either way still better then using an NZ visa card overseas. offshore bank fees and their exchange rates are insane.

  • I'm confused. What is this let's play thing about? Some kind of gaming site?

    • +3

It's an esports studio occupying a top floor in the Sky tower.

  • @admin can we add the referree system for Revolut

  • anyone know if you add money to the account via apple pay (credit card) is that transaction processed as a purchase or a cash in advance on your credit card?

    • Apple pay works perfectly!

      • yes it does but if it charges you as "cash in advance" you will be paying interest straight away on your credit card

        • I tried to manufactured spending using Revolut deposits with no luck. They are probably flagged as a cash transfer/withdrawal by credit cards.

  • Eligible Transaction:
For the purpose of the Promotion, an “Eligible Transaction” is a physical or virtual Revolut card transaction that is:

for an amount equal to or greater than $1; and
