  I feel like shopback is borderline a scam. Last time it had a 100% for new users. So I signed up and signed up a temu account. Initially the purchase wasn't even tracked. After I submitted a ticket and a couple weeks later I got like 10% back.

  Suppose it's better than nothing but it's so misleading and frankly at least for me wasn't even worth the time signing up to shopback.

  Cashback takes wayyyy to long to receive, one of my transactions got 0 cashback. Pretty bad experience with shopback.

  IMO don't bother they still haven't cashed me out and its been over 1 and half months !!! :/ I received the products within about 5 days as well. What else is there to confirm lol?
  Nearly $60 :(
  Avoid them use someone else, I tried it on one of the cashback temu ones as well.
  Seems like something sketchy is going on, other ones like Cashrewards are faster even with Temu as well so why haven't Shopback given me mine yet.

  Yea IMO STAY AWAY

    What else is to confirm? That you don't refund. It's normal to take the full 90 to confirm, as other sites do the same.

    Tracking is a different story. It should take less than 48 hours.

    Same here. Yes, I understand that the confirmation process can take a long time, but I'm still happy with the service. Withdrawn $42 so far, and $50 will be available to withdraw on the 1st of October.

  My surfshark purchase is still pending, however it took about two weeks weeks of back and forth with them to sort out getting the full amount into the pending state.

  Initially only about 50% of the full purchase was tracked. Then after speaking to them they'd incrementally increase it a little each time citing 'fees and tax' was the issue. I told them that there were no transactional fees and after picking a state in USA without tax, that shouldn't be an issue as well.

  It was bloody difficult, but got there in the end to track. Still pending confirmation (which is normal)

      I ended up getting the One+ (the most completely package). It was something like $212nzd (again still in pending status which is normal).

      According to the T's and C's there's nothing to say that you can't.

      When Shopback emailed me back a month late, they cited the Singapore website that says only the basic would be tracked which was obviously erroneous.

  Not sure why so many people are having problems? For me, Shopback is very good comparing to kiwi wallet. I have withdrawn $75, another $10 will be ready to withdraw in 5 days. The total in my account is $145. So thanks OP for your offers.

  I have only had issues with Amazon orders tracking. But just did a missing cashback claim for each of these transactions. $189 withdrawn to date. Further $5.18 is available for withdrawal and balance of $584 will be payable between 8th September - 22nd November.
