Tiger Brokers have upped the referral program to $50 and changed it to be $50 for both the referee and the referrer.

I believe you need to fund the account to get it. Also, I just discovered the below in the T&C's

"By participating in this Campaign and receiving the cash reward in your account, you agree that you will only be able to withdraw it after you have completed 10 trades that are ≥US$3 (or of equivalent value) since you've opened your Tiger account. Foreign currency exchange transactions are not regarded as "trades"."

New clients also get zero transaction fees for up to 4 flat fees waived, and zero currency exchange fees for exchanging up to NZ$2,000 each month, for life when trading in the US & AU stock market.
