[Christchurch] Free Skin Cancer Check for over-50's Sat 5th October 2024 (Criteria Apply) @ Canterbury Charity Hospital

Skin Check Day - Saturday 5 October 2024

This is being held at Canterbury Charity Hospital, 349 Harewood Road, Christchurch

The aim is to identifty skin cancers early, providing free checks for low income adults aged 50 and over.
It is staffed by volunteer health professionals who offer their expertise free of charge.

Note: The Skin Check Day is for people over 50 who meet the criteria indicated at the end of the form

The crteria you need to meet are:

• I understand that the Charity Hospital’s Skin Check Day is for people with limited income
• I do not have medical insurance
• I do not have the financial means to pay for my skin check
• I will give 24 hours’ notice if I can’t make my appointment
