Same deal from June is back at PB Tech.
Looks like Jaycar also had it but they are out of stock.

I recommend the KE and it's a good price
How much filament does the KE comes with?
Where do you guys buy filament?
10 kg of white pla for $81 including shipping on aliexpress
Got a link? I can never find any decent filament deals on Ali.
the shipping usually kills the price for that weight. Would like to know as well, link me up
Just use a freight forwarder, about $2.79/kg @VIP3 level - sea freight 3 weeks.
I got my last lot from kiwifil, and before that 3dea - I am more interested in how soon I can get the colour that I need than finding the best deal on something.
Normally use eSun PLA+
My last batch was from wondershop which seems decent enough for the price of it. Still learning though so ignorance may be bliss on that front.
Marvle3d in Auckland North Shore $20 for 1kg roll

Also seeing 1kg rolls on Temu for as low as $16 free delivery

Hi I can’t find where it says 1kg?
Oops try this one instead $19 https://www.temu.com/nz/high-precision-petg-3d-printer-filam…
You could also try a pricematch at mightyape since they are listing stock of it.
Good printer, gets way more use than my old ender 3's because it has auto bed level and auto Z offset which makes it basically press print and walk away friendly.
what do you all p[rint?
Do a raid through thingiverse for some inspiration.
I havent used mine loads, our 3 year old is obsessed with little key ring pixelated dinosaurs like the google chrome one so every roll of filaments thats the first thing kff the production line as a test print dor her.
We have tried some plant pots revently that look nice int he kids favourite colours and will be printing a raspberry pi case in the coning weeks.
the colours depend on the filament colours right?
Yeah you print from a single roll of filament at a time so its whatever colour the spool is. You can get multicoloured spools but you dont really get much control on where each colour will print. Cant say I've tried that yet as i only picked the handful of colours the kids were interested in but they nkw want rainbow filament next.
It'll be a fun thing to do with them more as they grow up and give them a useful life skill.
@Everettpsycho: Bambu Labs have the AMS which takes care of switching filaments automatically to create multi colour prints.
Transformer figure accessories?
I've waiting for these to come down a bit so just picked up the Ender 3 V3 KE after watching a tonne of YT vids on them.
Pretty excited as have liked the idea of 3D Printers for a while but never had a need, but after seeing all the cool models at a local market that my girls loved, I dived into it and had a tonne of ideas for round-the-house stuff and fixing things.
As a beginner would this printer be OK? Mainly printingtoy parts for action figures etc from thingiverse etc, so needing a smoother Finish and some items could be as small as g.i joe sized weapons etc. thanks
I get all my filament from https://www.wondershop.nz/
His filament is out of the eSun factory but rebranded with his name. His pricing is really good which is much cheaper than if you buy the eSun branded filament, and his service is the best I have ever had from a supplier. He is quick to send the filament, and if you purchase a couple or 3 rolls his shipping is free.
I have purchased hundreds of rolls over the last 3 years and never ever had an issue with his filament.
Nice, will definitely consider as they have a great range of cool colours for the same price as the basic colours
What do you print with hundreds of rolls :o
An army worthy of Mordor
☺️
The Ender-3 V3-KE is $430 also
