It charged for the new account I made to test this deal ($14).
So, effectively get $15 off for pickup or save $1 and have it delivered assuming your delivery cost is the same as mine was.
I dont think they do any free deliver per se, but you can sign up to a 30 day trial of thier delivery service subscription then its free over 100 iirc.
