    Can't see why you couldn't. All credit cards let you pay anytime or even put your balance into the positive.

      All cards allow full pay up for sure. But not all of them allow balance in positive. I had issues with q card

    I think the annual fee only kicks in on the anniversary of your account, so if you pay it off before then, only + 55 making it a discount of $195.
