I thought the China Southern rates were pretty good, but this is next level, and some of the dates even include Christmas/New Year!

Looked around late dec to early to mid jan and all double this price now.

  Some of them, eg https://bookings.beatthatflight.com.au/flights/AKL1201LON310… still works. Obviously at Christmas stuff does tend to go fast. I did try a ton of dates and listed the ones at that rate, many other dates won't work.

      No worries. Yeah, Hainan in general seems to do sales in 3-4 month batches, until the days run out, then they'll do Q1 next year. So there's a chance in a couple of months there may be more discounts in January.
