      Or are you saying they send through a code by text to activate account?

      No mentions of phone numbers in the FAQ, it all seems email.

    Booked on Trip.com early this morning for the 20% back on hotels and it has tracked successfully but at 2%.. I have raised a ticket, will see what happens but is a non-refundable booking so this will be fun..

      Same thing happened to me… has yours been resolved?

      I sent them an email because I made 7 bookings and its a hassle to send a ticket for each one but haven't gotten any response yet.
