Free Skin/Mole Check Voucher (up to $100) to Nelson Tasman Region Residents @ Cancer Society Tasman

Cancer Society Nelson Tasman are offering skin check vouchers (up to $100) to Nelson Tasman region residents annually.
1,000 vouchers have been released, Tuesday 1st October 2024. Vouchers expire 31st March 2025.

The Nelson Tasman region extends from Rai Valley to Golden Bay and Murchison. If you live outside the region, or your skin care professional is outside the region, the voucher will not be vaild.

How to use the voucher

• Fill out the form - only one per email.
• Make an appointment with your GP/Health Professional and let them know that it is for a Cancer Society Nelson Tasman skin cancer check voucher.
• Please be aware that the $100 skin check voucher serves as a partial contribution towards the overall cost of the skin check. Therefore, it's crucial that you enquire about the total cost of the skin check when booking your appointment with your Health Professional.
• Take the voucher into your doctor's appointment as they need these details for invoicing.
• Your doctor will invoice the Cancer Society Nelson Tasman up to the value of $100 (inc GST), you will have to pay any outstanding balance.
• Voucher is valid until 31 March 2025 only and cannot be extended.
