Logitech Pop Wireless Mechanical Keyboard - Blast Yellow $47 (Was $169) + $4.99 Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

100

Looks to be a historical low by around $20 according to PriceSpy, less than half the price of the next lowest price I could find which is $99 at PB Tech on sale, everywhere else appears to have them for well over $100. Don't know how to check the stock levels as I could only add a maximum of 5 to my cart. Shows that there's stock still available in some stores around the country for free click & collect, otherwise it's $4.99 delivery.

Not my cup of tea for a keyboard, though I think I'm a few decades older than the audience Logitech are targeting with these.

  • These key caps look painful to type on.
    Anyone tried them?

Feedback on them is all over the place, seems that some people are fine with them while others despise them, very subjective.

When I was looking up reviews for the keyboard last night I came across a few Reddit threads with people talking about how you can replace the keycaps using any set with a cherry/khail switch pattern, here's an example of one with the keycaps replaced https://i.imgur.com/AODPi0K.jpg

the only key that can't be replaced using a standard keycap set is the spacebar because of its custom size. If you can find a cheap enough set on Aliexpress or have an old keyboard lying around you can steal them off that might be an option if you don't like the feel of the round ones?

I bought first and then did a deep dive. Looks like you can replace the spacebar as well, it just needs ~1mm sanded off either side so it doesn't get stuck against the keys next to it.

It is indeed. I have one, and I use it to connect to the TV for casual use only.

It’s not quite fit for daily use.

  • thanks i had $60 to jb i needed to spend

  • any idea what switches? red, blue, or brown? theres nothing on the site.

    • I entered your question into Google and the first result that came up was "Logitech Pop Keys comes with TTC Brown switches which are tactile switches." I think a couple of the reviews I linked above also mention what switches they use, the RTings one gets quite in-depth about all aspects of the keyboard if you're looking for more detailed specific info.

  • Im grabbing the matching mouse (hopefully) off alixpress as I cant find the yellow one locally. No idea if I will get a fake or what, but $24 I will risk it.

  • Wide pass…. The reason for the 3 years of Battery life is because they are painful to type on.

Yeah look ok but trying using for any length of time and …….but your milage mat vary

  • I bought one for my daughter. It’s extremely frustrating to type on this keyboard, I make a lot of mistakes when typing. Very good quality product , but very poor design makes it a useless paper weight, honestly, don’t ever buy this product.

Swap the keycaps to square ones, you can get sets for around $20 - $30 on Aliexpress and then it will just be a normal keyboard like this https://i.imgur.com/AODPi0K.jpg

  • Link is broken and manual search shows full price of $169.
