[Christchurch] Free Initial Appointment + $25 for Follow-up Appointment (Must be ACC-related Injury) @ Casebrook Physiotherapy

Was inspired by SplitMilkLaw's previous posts and wanted to contribute to the Cheapies Community that has supported me over the years too.

I've started Casebrook Physiotherapy in April this year and am currently running a promotion that may be helpful to some.

Free initial and $25 follow-up appointments (up to 60-min duration each) would be available if you have an ACC-related injury. I can apply for a new ACC number for you with some of your personal details if you do not have one.

Some criteria to note:

• ACC-related injury is considered as "personal injury from identifiable accident" (e.g., back pain after bending over to turn a switch off, rolling your ankle while out for a walk)
• Injury date has to be within 12 months of application
• Past ACC numbers can be used, but date of injury has to be within 12 months
