Comments

  • Does scheduling an order on Doordash count for the upsized window?

  • @gotyourback On the shopback site it currently says

"Cashback Rates: New Temu Customers 100% (Capped at $30)
Existing Temu Customers 100% (Capped at $30)"

Is this a mistake or can we repeatedly get 100% off?

I was surprised my first order (last week) tracked for cashback fine - given the feedback I'd seen I thought it was risky.

    • Changed to 20% now

      • R.I.P 40/45% 😭

        • You expect them to do 40% off sales every month?

    • Hey @MrSomeone - let's get this sorted out, could you DM me please - I'll help to check on this

      • As Wakrak noted, looks like it was changed overnight anyway

  • Buyers be aware: Just passing this on, certain this site/app is 100% a scam and the comments which say they got a cash back could potentially be accounts generated from ShopBack. My experience is the cashback was 'approved' then the withdrawal date came and gone, and have not been in any way able to withdraw the funds. I have created numerous tickets with them, emailed their support addresss, no phone number listed. Absolutely zero contact back, have read elsewhere online this does occur, yet to find anyone genuine with money in their account. Even if it is legit, the worlds worst customer experience. My advice, anticipate it is a scam and you don't get anything back, as it sure does feel that way now.

    • I just got $50 back today via HelloFresh offer.

@Wakrak this just confirms the rumours that you are indeed a bot!

          A bargain hunting machine!

    • I had $300 deposited in my bank yesterday.

    • +1

I have had every dollar that was pending paid on the date they indicated. No issues to date.

    • I've found shopback to be the best of all cashback apps/deals. So far out of $850+ pending, I've withdrawn $700 and have $150 still pending. These will no doubt also clear when the time comes. Not a scam at all. I've had some issues with others, but absolutely none with shopback. It is my preferred cashback merchant by a long way. I will even use shopback over others if the shopback percentage is lower, because at least I know I will get it……..

    • Not a scam. Just useless at tracking and approving.

My only purchase via them (a Temu 100% back offer) appeared to track fine. Then disappeared. Then when asked to sort it out they said they, and then "approved."

When I finally got the "cashback" it was at the lowest advertised amount - not the "100%" I'd have gotten more using one of the many other cash back companies.

They have never responded to my questions on my - except here, where they are very much doing damage control.

      • Still so far absolutely zero contact from them. Have raised multiple tickets. Funnily enough the cash back 'tracked' fine, but when it comes to actually paying it out, never happened, has been weeks since the original date is said would be paid. Won't respond to questions or anything. Found some others online which have a similiar experience hence my cautious approach of it being a scam. Either way, as said, customer service is appauling.

        • Sorry to hear about this @JamesA25 - let's get this fixed, could you drop me a DM with the details of the order or ticket number? I'll help you with it
