Recommendation for rental bed mattress

Hi all,

I am looking to purchase bed mattress for my rental property. I don't want second hands. My budget is around $200. Does anyone have any recommendation?
Does anyone have much experience with mattress from Homemart? https://homemart.co.nz/collections/queen-mattresses

    Anyone got a mattress from iFurniture? Looks like quite a few options for pocket spring mattresses for $150-500 for a kids bed

    You are going to struggle with that budget.

    I doubt a tenant is going to be happy with a foam mattress.

    Last time I purchased a mattress (much higher budget than yours) I got the firmest pocket sprung mattress I could find and have been very happy.
