Is this their Black Friday sale or will they have it on the 29th? The item I want to buy is 20% off and they just had a sale that ended this Sunday where it was also 20% off. Wondering if it's worth waiting for a bigger discount if there's going to be a sale this Friday. Last time they had 30% off storewide I think
If you buy something and it goes on sale within a week, they will credit your club account automatically with the difference.
I bought something at the weekend and it's on offer today but I checked my credit and the difference appeared without me doing anything.
The downside to this is I think that credit expires after a month.
It's the only loyalty program that I feel I actually get any value out of, and it's actually within two weeks!

I have numerous items that have a 40% discount but when adding them to cart the discount changes to 20% and their support staff are having a hard time dealing with it
