      I made these product , flew to asia got the product designed and made , unlike most of the deals you see they are re selling , I stand behind the product I sold : ) and I hold all our product in our akl warehouse - I imported all , used NZ based shipping company mainfreight, paid GST hold in our warehouse in AKL and ship to our customer NZ wide 2~3 days shipping time - I hope you understand lol (I am not dropping seller or re seller ..etc)

          no - we are the manufacture , we dont on the brand we design and built product , like warehouse dont make their clothes , they find factory makes it and we are the supply chain for heating mug here.

      temu mugs prob dont have FDA -US food safety test for mug - plus - i m pretty sure our product is not sold on temu - we designed and built this mug - I m hoping to move some of our stock in NZ for a test and if you are looking for quick Christmas gift idea - please consider our offer and I can guarantee you temu heating mug do not certified for NZ electronics testing.

          yeah like brands and manufacture , is like apple dont make apple, foxxcon makes apple iphone - btw i am just wondered what do you guys think of a heating mug - a mug that heats and keep your temperature at constant - keep you drink warm during emails…no more cold coffee.etc - my objective was to get some feed back so I can move in to gen 2 development of our products - i was not intend to make $$ over this so the price is competitive.

      Hi Matt, we do 1 year warranty - but as currently heating mug is a high break down risk category compares to headphone because you constant heat and have hot drinks (liquid) on the product - feel free to order and take advantage as we are making a loss selling it and if anything breaks down just contact me [email protected] and I will refund or replace you. - I would love to learn more about your needs of heating mug or feedback as right now my objective was getting more thought from our customer about heating mug so i can move in to gen 2 of our product development - feel free to reach out to me via my email here aboout anything you want us know and i appreciates this, thanks!

            @mumbo278: One question. The diagram on the Trademe shows a plug that doesn't APPEAR to be a NZ plug.
            Can you confirm that the plug itself will be a NZ plug, and not just one with an adaptor on it?

    Got it in under two days and have been using it since this morning—absolutely love it! The packaging is so nice, it feels premium.
