The Warehouse - Shotz Laundry Powder Bag 10kg - $15.99

50

Really good value, at $1.60/KG for a decent product. We used a bag of this stuff, and it lasted ages, and the clothes always smelt nice (Not really a thing I have ever taken notice of).

Unfortunately no free shipping codes that I am aware of, so would have to buy in store or tack on shipping. Would be interesting to see if they shipped 40KG of it for free though.

You may be able to get a 5% off code, above $49, which should cover some of the shipping cost.

  • Yeah, this is really good product. We've been using this for years.

Latest free shipping code is YW2997($49+, valid til Jan 20th), feel free to make a deal post for it. They do deny orders for oversize shipping(ie someone tried to use one for tens of bottles of softdrink for free).

  • Whats the normal price? I can see it a good price, considering the 5kg is $13.99

I've bought heaps of toilet rolls and bulk bottles of laundry liquid (which came in 3 massive boxes) and was covered under free delivery code.

also BD275 gives you 5% off at checkout

    • Are you sure it's not a longer code? No valid for me

      • it worked when I did it this morning! Min. spend is $50 though.

  • Still very much cheaper to make your own, and a far superior product.

    • What recipe do you use?

      • Can PM it to you if you like. Dead simple. Washing Soda (and/or Bicarb Soda, which becomes WS if you bake it), Borax, and bit of left over soap. Not only does it cost about 5 cents a load, actually does a much better job at cleaning clothes. No bubbles, so suitable for any type machine. Together with some white vinegar in the final rinse, cuddly soft clothes. Even if it cost more than commercial laundry products, I'd still use it. Used it for about four years.

        • Oh yea, sure, not in charge of that area, but always handy to have. Cheers!

  • Persil all the way for me. The Warehouse once sold some parallel imported ones as well, including ones from Henkel.
