          Any evidence to backup that Temu and Aliexpress are avoiding paying GST?, as far as im aware since the law change back in in 2019 they have been collected gst. Also looks like your not registered for GST?, assume your not requried to as your under the GST threshold but maybe dont attack other sites for the same thing your doing.

Just to clarify, the user “Dealmama” was actually my colleague—I noticed they were getting some harsh feedback, and I was only hopping to "back a bro up" and stepped in to support. Unfortunately, that led to me being temporarily banned for breaking the rules.

Unfortunately, that approach didn’t resonate as we had hoped, likely due to our marketing or branding strategies. This is our first time launching our own brand after specializing in OEM solutions for so many eyars, so it’s been a learning journey for us.

      I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We’ve now settled on a price of $49, which we believe offers great value, and we plan to stick with this pricing moving forward. Regarding your refund experience, I trust our service team ensured it was handled smoothly and with no questions asked.

I saw they were getting some tough feedback and thought I’d step in to back them up (you know, just looking out for a mate!). Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I’d end up breaking the rules and got myself temporarily banned.

      Now that I’m back and hope everything’s squared away after got banned and registered EKIKO and our Trade Me store to my account, I’m hoping you’ll give us another chance.         I was banned until December 24th for sockpuppeting on the original EKIKO eye mask post because I commented without registering the necessary associations. But hey, thought was fair action and slap on the wrist!

    Pretty funny, looks like the guy got caught out posting! My wife asked me to try this and she said the eye cups and silver ion tech seem advanced. She’s a bit wary of places like Temu and aliexpress with all the dye chemical issues as it was on news awhile ago, Let’s see if this one live up to the hype when my order arrives
