IMO you would be a fool to buy something online from a company in administration.
Assuming you actually want the thing your are buying and not just feeling like giving them some free cash to pay of the creditors that actually matter.
"I paid for something and never got it" claims are at the very, very bottom. After IRD, Suppliers, Staff, and everyone else they owe.
Agreed. I ordered from them last year and had items missing. Customer service was almost non-existent; phone number was down and took weeks to respond to my emails only to say "sorry our system is currently undergoing changes and we don't know when it'll be complete". There was no notice of this and they were still taking orders. I got my refund in the end but had to fight for it, and it took almost 2 months. I would strongly advise against placing any online orders with them. I see their contact email is no longer displayed on their website too. Seems sketchy to me.

If you pay by credit card, you should be able to do a chargeback if you have to.

Yes, my wife was in the store on Saturday and they had 40% off everything (before the news came out)

Did place an order through them online when the website was still up. After the announcement - only $30 worth and it has shipped today thankfully. Pretty much everything was out of stock so I'm guessing what little was left on there is sold so they took it down or they're stocktaking to see if their inventory was wrong.
Not even a mobile site. No wonder theyre going under.
