I tried using it a few weeks ago and it didnt work. When I tried contacting ShopBack I found they have no contact details. Tried reaching out on instagram and they dont reply. first and last time using this crappy website.
You can report missing cashback on the website, I've done so maybe half a dozen times and never had an issue getting it approved.

I too have had good experiences with ShopBack - no hassles with Chemist Warehouse or New World cashback.
Responsive online chat support with staff that seem empowered to correct problems, good email support. On my fourth withdrawal - simple and funds in my account four days later.
To obtain maximum discount, just remember to calculate your net purchase as ShopBack do not payout on GST, freight costs etc
Only problem was with Doordash - which was a Doordash issue and I have switched back to UBER who have no problem finding my front door - good specials too!
