    Big suprise. The 100% cashback from the last deal didn't go through, even though it tracked.

    This is now the third time I've tried (cause aim not wasting my time generally), and third time it's hasn't actually given the cash back despite trwcking, the very first temu "deal" when you advertised 100% was the same, and despite my multiple attempts at getting it sorted it was all damage control on Cheapies and zero effort when actually contacting support. And lookind at each "deal" posted and the forum I'm not the only one.

    Maybe more time sorting your systems, and less pushing stuff you are not managing to supply.

    • My dominos didn't track either, I submitted a missing claim and it got added.

      • My dominos tracked perfectly. My wifes shien and TEMU didnt track perfectly to start with but after cases logged, they eventually tracked perfectly.

    • Ordered pizza with voucher code and it tracked ok

      Make sure you use the website to order and not the dominos app, plus disable things like adblock / adguard

    Don't have too much issue with the tracking but actually getting the cash out is another matter. Beware.

      Never had an issue withdrawing. What happened on your end?

      • Took a couple of weeks, so i enquired as to why. They said it will be fixed, and to expect the payment in 5 working days. Received an email "we've deposited your Cashback to your bank" but I have never received it. Interesting that it is working fine for you, it will be great to have a poll to see the % withdrawal success rate.

        I had some issues, and it turned out the issue was with the field where it asked for the name on my bank account. I was putting in the name as shown on my ANZ bank account details for the relevant account, which has initials in place of my first and middle names. I ended up just putting my first and last names into that field and it worked fine after that.

        • Ah thanks for that i will try that, the weird thing was it actually verified the account was valid. Plus i had no problems with the competitor cash back website

    Mine never tracked either. I can see a bunch of clicked activities from days ago, but they don't show up as cashback available to be claimed at all. I made sure to disable my UBlock completely and even tried it in a vanilla browser without any extensions installed. Their extension shows activated on the site and it's tracked, yet I don't see the cashback. Never had problems with TopCashBack and yet, 6 of my orders on Shopback have never given me any cashbacks to claim. Can't be assed to report missing cashbacks either (which I did and it's been days and still no response from their support). Giving up on this crappy cashback service.

    • I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and totally understand how frustrating this must be. It’s not ideal when things don’t track properly, especially when you’ve taken all the right steps.

      Our team is currently working with the merchant to validate the missing cashback, and I do want to mention that it’s tracking at a lower rate right now. Once everything’s sorted, it’ll be adjusted to the correct amount. The standard validation period is 90 days, so please expect an update within that time.

  • Still yet to ever get cash back + cash out from this site, and historic data breaches; why is this still being spammed all the time

      Because for many people it works fine and they are willing to chase up cashback issues.

    • I highly recommend getting a vanilla browser for anything cashback-related or using the app alone. Cashback is just a nice bonus to have, as for most of these upsizes are for stores I'd buy at regardless of cashback, so sort of a win-win.

    I have withdrawn a total of $1150 physically into my bank account. I can withdraw a further $180 now. $500 still pending but will withdraw this also once it turns to confirmed within the next 90 days. I have had a handful of purchases not track but have just gone to my click history and hit the request help button and it has come through promptly. All purchases I have made have been via the shopback app.

    I've moved to Cashrewards for purchases now, Shopback tracking is bad and they don't honor the 100% off sales, it's borderline false advertising.

      • I can't see any of the prior pizza codes because the website updated from dominospizza.co.nz to dominos.co.nz and broke the cheapies extension with the codes for the old url.

        How are you able to find them?

    Kinda bad for people who use the app but don't check cheapies

      • The app deal text should be 1:1 with the desktop site, the same informaton about restrictions. I've noticed this on several deals the app fails to mention something critical.

  • @gotyourback your chemistwarehouse cashback suxks. It has past the 3 months confirmation date and still the cashback is pending! And you make it so hard to talk to a customer service agent because you made us talk to bots.
