I did the purchase with same deal last time and shop back didn't recognize the cashback. Impossible to appeal on the system as well.

Maybe re-check that you are following all the instructions about what to do, and also what not to do?
I raised a missing cashback request, but the status is still "Confirming with Chemist Warehouse" from December :D

On the shopback site, click the big cashback card in the menu, and then there's a tab called 'click activity' that records all your tracked clicks.
I check here to see that the click was tracked before completing the purchase.

No harm in trying I guess, but if it was some time ago (many months at least), it might not be worth it now.
I ordered from Dominos with shopback on Saturday for the first time and hasn't been tracked. Does it usually take long to track?

Hey! Cashback usually tracks within 2 days, but if it hasn’t, you can submit a Missing Cashback Claim. Just head to "My Account" > "Support" > "Missing Cashback" on the app or report it via the website. Make sure to upload your order number and receipt! 😊

Great question! Yes, the 50% cashback is capped at $10 per customer. So, if you’ve already received the $10 cashback on your first order, any subsequent orders might not track or could be rejected. Hope this helps

Yes, you can absolutely get the offer again today! 🎉 If you've previously used the offer a few weeks ago, you're still eligible to get the $10 cashback today, as long as it’s a new purchase. Just keep in mind, it’s capped at one per user per day. 😊
