From 7am Thursday 21st April until midday Friday 22nd April, Gull is dropping pump prices by 10c per litre. Just heard it on the radio on the way back from work. Gull's Facebook page seems to confirm it, but its not on the website yet.

  Lets hope they'll start giving out the coupons again, there weren't any coupons during the last discount day.

    I heard that was because that was an unplanned discount day and it was within the last coupons expiry date.

  Remember, you can make your savings go even further by using Countdown supermarket vouchers in conjunction with already discounted prices at manned site

  IMO if both Gull and BP/Caltex/Smartfuel are doing discounts at the same day, it's better to do a $5 fill at Gull and get the coupon, then go to a nearby BP/Caltex and use the Smartfuel discount. The reason is because the Gull discount is included in the headline price, which forces the nearby stations to drop their own headline prices to compete. Smartfuel is a further discount off the headline price so you're getting a better deal than Gull.

  However when you need to fill up and there are no discount days, that coupon is like gold because it's 10% off.

      Yes, but Mobil don't often do these discount days though.
