Tested working - Steps:
1) Go to the link.
2) Register a new account using a new Email address.
3) Enter payment details, and a random American zip code. (No idea why they're asking for it, it's supposed to be a UK deal)
4) If you're using a credit card, Spotify will detect your credit card country and a redirect message will pop up. click continue.
5) Enter your credit card details again.
6) Done. You now have 2 months free Spotify Premium. Be sure to cancel the subscription if you're not interested in paying.

Do you HAVE to enter cc details? I did the 3 months for $1 over my 4 cards (2 accounts) and it wont accept used cc for these sign up deals
