Went to noel leeming yesterday, cost price is ~16.5% less than the selling price. So some deals that are 20% or 30% off works out cheaper than this. I really don't think that ~16.5% is their markup
Its not true markup. Noel Leeming have their 'cost-price' but they get massive rebates from suppliers which the cost does not take into account
I agree, I was in Noel this afternoon. Whilst looking at phones, all 5 phones i asked for a quote for came back with 0$ reduction from standard price. I smell a con! inc the Mate 8 which was $435 on their online clearance, but told me cost price + 5% was $635!
