The fact that Trumpets are $2 is a deal, the face that 80,000 ice creams are being given away is a comp.

$5.90 for 4 from Countdown, which makes them less than $1.50 each. So $2 isn't cheap.
that's why I put the 80,000 icecreams (plus major prizes) in the comp area of cheapies.
I cant remember what price they normally are, probably still cheaper just to buy the multipacks at the supermarket.
Keep in mind trumpets are excluded products for the side competition.
The last tip top trumpet competition you had to text the unique code(20cents each time) to see if you won(predetermined winners, not instant win). So in the last 'comp' they made additional revenue from non winning entries that never had a chance.
Wouldn't this be classed as a competition rather than deal?
Still good to know, but I ain't buying something to win something, im too cheap.
