It appears that you get the coupon when purchasing special Up&Go packs. The coupon is used at Rebel Sports when purchasing an item from that store.

I'd like to know if and where I can see next weeks Countdown mailer online today.

    Socks and caps are lower priced items ($20 off goes a long way with them - not so much on a $250 pair of shoes)
    
    Or wait until they have a sale on (you wouldn't have to wait too long :-)) and then use the coupons on top of the sale price.

Basically the deal is for every $5 you spend at rebel you get $1 cashback (20%) and a pack of up and go. However you gotta buy everything in reverse.

20% off is a very good deal if something is already discounted and you end up with a lot of drinks.

Edit: ohh $20 max spend. Shame.
