Bigpipe - First Month Free ($69 - $129) + No Connection Fee ($49) + Free Modem (12 Month Plan Only) Via GrabOne

80

Saw this while looking for my Aunty, noticed all the deals here had expired a while ago. This one lasts until the end of September.

Same as in the past, free connection and first month on an open term plan, plus a free modem on the 12 month plan.

We changed when they had the 2 month free when switching from another provider, got the gigabit line, decided we got no real benefit from it, so downgraded to the 100/20 $79 plan, half the price of what we were paying for the same plan from the previous provider.

Also, don't forget to use a referral code (Goto Grabone, get the voucher code, then come back here and click random in the grey box below) to get an extra $20 off for yourself and the referrer.

  • Spark also currently have the 100/20 fibre plan for $95 per month on a 12 months contract. You get 3 months free on sign up + $40 credit + Free connection and modem router + Lightbox subscription. Not sure how it would compare to this deal but its also good. After some calculation, if your looking at a 12 month period. Spark would come out to be $68 per month and bigpipe would be $71 per month via the deals.

    • Yea, a few of them are offering 3 months free at the moment. 2Degrees were doing 6 months free over 2 years too. The difference here is the contract term and the base price. For someone not minding signing a 12/24 month contract, then those deals are probably better value. I, personally, prefer a non term contract, being able to chop and change to whoever has the better deal at the time, as well as being able to change up and down speed depending on situation.

  • Thanks for this! Almost signed up today with the vicdeals $10 off per month for 12 months coupon. If there's anyone else wondering about this, this GrabOne deal is cheaper on all plans except the slowest basic plan, I think, but then its only like a $2 difference. If you go on any of the $79 a month plans or above having no connection fee and the first month will be the cheaper option, even if you leave before 12 months.
