720 screen in 2017 on a 350 dollar phone is pretty mediocre. plus Samsung's bloatware etc I'd rather be getting a Xiaomi or something.
I agree to a point, although it will be high enough res for many people, but would like to see it in the low $200's. The iphone se is only about $100 more, for almost 6s specs with smaller form factor, or less when it sometimes comes on special.
Is this worth $100 more than the Nokia 5? The nokia 5 is $248 at harvey norman, but RRP is $399 at NL.
Nokia is definitely a better deal. They also promised Android 8 update.
Samsung is notoriously slow with their updates (due to the amount of bloatware they had to jam in) that is if you get update at all for their mid range phones.
My J5 prime 2016 only recently got updated to nogout and I had to manually flash the rom from a different region.
nokia 5 rrp is $249 according to spark, never been $399 according to pricespy. So maybe the better phone but not the better discount.
