Its important to note that the warranty is supplied by 1 Day. These are international units being sold in refurbished condition. Samsung NZ will not repair these
The s9 is due out soon, which will make this a 2 generation old model soon.Does factory refurbished, mean that it is refurbished by the manufacturer or authorised agent in their factory? Or is it just refurbished in a factory that does repairs on this type of thing? IMO I would want repairs to have been done by either the manufacturer or an authorised agent of the manufacturer.
The refurbishing is not done by Samsung. It's done by third party techs
These phones should be called remanufactured as they use third party parts and so are not genuine Samsung refurbished

These are a factory refurbished product. A refurbished product is one which usually has been returned to the supplier and is then fixed by a technician and thoroughly tested. As a result, refurbished product will usually have a lower rate of return than new products since they are all individually checked and tested while new products are not always.
