This is a very good offer costing you nothing.

The free Airpoints are good but not as great as the other offers. However, the 6 months interest free combined with the above works quite well.

Are you able to find a proper fee schedule? I haven't been able to find cash advance/ATM withdrawal fees anywhere.

  Cash advances are the absolute worst way to get cash. At 20% p.a., you're better off getting a personal loan, which also is bad however better than a CC.
