My order confirmation said that I'd bought 4 bags for $18 and was getting 4 bags bonus. But I just got my shipping confirmation and it said 4 bags had been sent. Anyone else had this?

Yes mine says the same. I am guessing they are just going to add in the 'bonus' packs without mentioning them in the order summary.

I got 4 bags (incl 2 bonus bags). In my confirmation, it says they’ve sent out 2 lots of 2 x creme eggs
I ordered the buttons egg which came with the free 6pk and both were listed in my shipping email as being sent

Just received my order today and only half arrived.
I phoned the warehouse and it seems that they have spread out the orders to other distributors due to high demand for these eggs, so the there half of the order will be coming from another place.
Also the 6pk eggs page has a hidden egg on it but no reward?
previously it didn't have a hidden egg but gave the reward anyway.
I ordered 4 plus 4 free and only 4 packets arrived today
The warehouse said they were being sent separately from another storesimir situation to me, half my order arrived. Warehouse are chasing it up but assure me it is most likely that the eggs are in such high demand they are sharing the orders with different locations.

All mine arrived today, the 2 I bought and the bonus 2 bags together.
Tracking says my order was delivered yesterday. It’s not here.
What do?
I'd first check everywhere the courier could have left it, maybe it was slightly hidden if no one home. If you live with others check they haven't bought it in.
If nothing, call the courier and give them the tracking number say you can't find package, sometimes they can do things like check the GPS in courier and see if they were at your house to deliver, or they sometimes call the particular driver and see if they remember that delivery and where they left it on the property.
If it's been stolen then there is a process to go through with the courier, not sure if you would have to initiate that or the warehouse.
Has another look at the tracking and it seems to have been delivered to a suburb far away from me.
Assume warehouse gave me wrong tracking number will wait and see.
If the package does go missing(ie stolen) it's on The Warehouse as the sender to resolve the issue with the courier company.
sent them an email in the weekend, they've resent them and refunded $5 to me! 27c per egg.
