Jawbone UP 3 Fitness Tracker - $18 @ Harvey Norman

10

Activity Fitness tracker selling online only at Harvey Norman. This is bargain considering it's currently $140 at MightyApe.

Heart Health:Resting Heart Rate gives you your baseline when you wake up. Passive Heart Rate is measured throughout the day.
Advanced Sleep: UP3 tracks your sleep automatically measuring Deep, Light and REM.
Smart Coach: The more you wear your UP3, the more personalized Smart Coach becomes.
Activity Tracking: Walking and moving.

It's sort of strange because Jawbone is out of business, but it's a pretty good activity tracker—super thin and looks great. It looks like a conventional wristband. Review: https://www.techradar.com/reviews/wearables/jawbone-up3-revi…

THe UP2 thin is also on clearance as well @ $18: http://www.harveynorman.co.nz/connected-health-fitness/sport…

Buyer beware as mentioned Jawbone has gone out of business. All functions of the tracker are controlled by the app if they cease support for the app then you're just left with a bracelet…

    • How long has app been running since Jawbone has gone out of business?

It has been about 9 months since it was reported in the news. It will depend on how long they keep paying the server bills.

  • Recently bought a xiaomi mi band 2 for 30 dollars delivered. I'd rather avoid fire sales for a product that requires always on connection. Once the remaining stocks are gone I'm sure they will pull the plug.

  • Would it not continue to work once they shutdown their servers as the app is already on your phone? I am currently considering buying as l am happy as long as it continues to work after they shutdown their server.. I am ok if there are no future updates….

    • I'm pretty sure you need to set up an account with them to use the app -so they would have to patch that out before they shut down the servers…
