Super heavy duty so don't expect much.

  • Not a great deal. I think Supercheap Auto's 24x alkaline batteries for $5 offer a couple of weeks ago is better.

    • Why is that? According this warehouse price, 5$ you could buy 25x

google alkaline vs super heavy duty batteries and you will find out that the alkaline batteries are superior in every way. Handles heavy load better and the batteries last longer due to higher capacity

        • ok, good to know this now.

AmazonBasics rechargeable batteries are made in Japan. OEMed by Panasonic. AAA*8 are about 10USD. really good for our environment. For our bright future, Try your best not to use disposable batteries, especially heavy duties batteries.

Yes but shipping is usually an extra 6usd which kinda kills the price.

      • when you wanna buy something else from Amazon US, it is worthy to add these items including AA and AAA.They last 5-10 years. in the long run, they are much cheaper than disposable batteries. The environment including air and water is the most valuable resource of our county which has lured millionaires around the world to immigrate to our country.

    • Panasonic no longer owns any battery factories in Japan as far as I know and Amazon basics are manufactured by Fujitsu if I remember correctly

      • Panasonic, with the newer Pro versions now being manufactured at the last remaining Fujitsu battery factory in Japan. I am not sure if Fujitsu fully owns the factory? Maybe Panasonic also has some shares? All eneloop pro sold in NZ are made in Japan but eneloop are made in China. I bought eneloop AA and AmazonBasics AAA from Amazon this month, they are all made in Japan which I can’t get in NZ. American market is a huge and affluent market so Panasonic has to offer their best products.

  • for tv remotes my wireless mouse and old brick game these last a long time

  • prefer my eneloops over this garbage
