Everis E2004 laptop from Noel Leeming $219.
Looks like a great price for a budget knock about laptop.
Warehouse Stationary have have the same machine for a listed price of $399.00.

Specs are:
Screen: 14" 1366x768 TN panel.

Processor:Intel Cherry Trail Z8350 ,Quad-core, 1.44GHz up to 1.9GHz, 2w TDP, 2MB Cache.

RAM: 4GB.

Storage: 32GB eMMC.

Connectivity: Wifi(802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 4.0.

Camera: Front 0.3MP.

Connection Ports: 1 x HDMI Port, 1 xMicro SD,1 xEarphone port,1 xDC Port,1 xUSB3.0/1 x USB2.0.

Battery: 3.8V, 9000mAh

  I used to sell laptops in stores, the Everis laptops were the most returned items by far. I've never used it but people complained after a few weeks they couldn't even browse facebook due to how slow it is. Fair Warning!

  Please please don't buy an atom laptop with a MMC drive. That's the worst combination.
  Spend a little bit more and get an HP stream or something from Amazon.

  Windows 10 can't run well on such underpowered hardware. If the bios isn't locked to Windows I'd run lighter Linux builds or even one of the android desktops like Phoenix OS lt
