  Personally I've had very little issues with them. But I will be changing isps as MR use old-school cgnat which doesn't allow port forwarding and I'm not paying their price for a static. So they're getting the boot.

      No at peak times im still within 10mb/s of my max speed most of the time speedtest puts me over that (average about 110mb down on their 100/20 plan)
      On a side note the exchange is literally next door, so i don't know if that puts me at any favouritism or not

      got 3 months free - no contract with stuff fibre. Just come off big pipe 2 months free no contract. Plan is to pay nothing or very little if these promos keep coming.

        @nevergofullretail: Some ISPs have stopped offering these types of promotions. One ISP had a 6 months half price offer for a couple of years, but have now stopped offering it.

CG-NAT would be a reason to avoid MyRepublic for gamers or anyone else needing a static IP. Otherwise this is a great deal.

    I'm gonna look into that that's why i was gonna change because they wanted 10/mt for static, which was 4months ago. contract just ran out with em this week so we shall see

Great price! Although I suspect that their plan is to get customers to stick around after 12 months and start charging the normal $79.99 per month.

  They have "MR terms - Changes to minimum monthly charge Upon expiry of the minimum service term, the minimum monthly charge will be subject to change."
  So it is possible that they will change the monthly price in 12 mth time. However, you won't have a contract after 12 months and you will be able to find the other deal or plan and switch without any EFT.
