Sennheiser PXC 550 Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones $299 (30% off) @ PB Tech ($289 after Price Match @ Noel Leeming)

50
MYNL16W10

This is the best deal on these headphones since JB Hi-Fi had them on a flash sale for a single Saturday a few months ago. These headphones occupy the same niche as the super popular Sony WH-1000XM3s. For a comparison between the 2, check out this thread:

You can get these even lower, to $289, by price matching at Noel Leeming (can be done online) and then using their $10 off code (MYNL16W10). Price match and this discount DO stack, but only if you use the pricematch code first.

Good deal but they were rated at less than the 1st gen of the sonys, so comparing them to the 3rd gen is a bit silly.

    Pretty old model

  • Kind of tempted - I need some noise cancelling headphones for work. Dropping $300 on something I don't know anything about worries me though! Maybe I should wait for Black Friday deals and have some more choice?

    • These were $239 i think last time so been cheaper if you want to try your luck

I would totally wait for the Black Friday Deals. You'll definitely get a better deal then

Thanks guys I think I'll wait

        • The JB Hi-Fi flash sale was $239 (or $229 after price match), so if you are ok with waiting to get the best price you're very likely to get them cheaper than this.

  • the PXC 550 IIs are on their way!

    • Oh man, I'm pretty hyped for these now. I wonder how the NC compares to the Sony flagship.

      • yeah!! but it's still not USB C. that's a huge deal-breaker for me. I'd hate carrying a separate USB-A cable to just charge my headphones. I've got the Sont XM3s. Unbeatable on performance.

  • Sony CH700N are $178(with coupon) at Noel Leemings, with similar/better sound quality to XM3s but not nearly as good Noise Cancelling according to reviews
