I am really sorry to hear that. I am not sure why you were unable to migrate. Cloudways actually has a Wordpress migrator plugin that makes migration really easy and quick. I actually tried this service. I have now revoked my up-vote. They don't have real managed support, nor do they allow root access. I couldn't get a very simple Wordpress site migrated across, and their support service was not able to help.
