Is this actually working for anyone? Trying to apply it on a $60 item isn't working for me

  • +2

It is $20 off purchases over $100 NOT $50

    • -1

Nope, its purchases over $50 according to the email I received. It may be specific to the account holders email.

        Read the email more closely:

We've included a $20^^ gift voucher to help you get started and as a bonus we'll also give you 3 x Fly Buys points on all purchases over $50, made by 11.59pm this Sunday 3rd May.

So it was 3x fly buys for purchases over $50

The $20 voucher was for purchases over $100

        • Look like they messed it up. As mentioned below.

        • That was last week's email, this is a newer one.

          • @The Hound: Ijust checked my email, yes it is $20 voucher for purchase over $50. But I tried to use it on Noel Leeming website, still not working. Minimum order value is still $100. Not sure what is going on here

Just tried it. They advertised $50 and over on their email. However when I tried on the website it is not working for purchases below $100. Looks like they made a mistake.

    • +2

It's a pretty bad mistake, given it's not just a typo, they actually created a image of $20 off $50 purchase

      • I got that email too, but deleted it already, otherwise I would have posted a screenshot here to prove the mistake. Can you post your screenshot here? Will try my luck with online chat to honour it :P

        • looks like @esawers below uploaded a screenshot below

if they do get it working for purchases for $50+ that would be good, otherwise it looks to be repeat of this post but different expiry.

    always happens!

Always click-and-collect if you can, as it took the courier a week just to get a parcel delivered across town.

  • Got a PHILIPS HUE STARTER KIT for $167.48 normally over $300. https://www.noelleeming.co.nz/shop/product-view.ep?pID=14658…

    • Rip. Out of stock. Hopefully they restock cause that’s an awesome deal

    • Just want to share this lol

    • Oops yup that must be a stuff up. Would be nice if they honour it.

    • If you look the heading, it has ^^.
If you follow the ^^ down, it explains the fine print.

  • "If you order between 9am and 3pm your order will be processed within 1 hour. "

I hope they continue with this outside of L3, it's absurd that you have to wait even though the store has the item in stock.

    • Meanwhile the warehouse is 10-14 days for click and collect lol.
I agree but sadly they won’t when staff are busy with face to face sales, sigh

      • ..if you are lucky. I’m still waiting on both my delivery and click & collect orders from the 23rd April.

        • I hope my easter chocolate does not arrive after level 1

          • @footy7: I thought i made a mistake not using the free delivery code and choosing collect but seems not as my warehouse order was ready in 48 hours. My store must of had stock.

          • @footy7: i order my chocolate on 21st Apr, Warehouse sent them on 24th Apr, and still processing by courier post as off today

      • The Warehouse's click and collect service relies on the couriers to post the items from a distribution warehouse to the store, instead of having staff picking stuff off the shelf like they do in Noel Leeming and the supermarkets.

This means they're at the mercy of the swamped courier services.

        • Not always - I have had both (couriered package and picked in-store) for items I have collected.

I am only guessing, but if the store has the inventory (and can find it!) then presumably they would pick locally, else it will be couriered from elsewhere.

It also seems that, if you are in-store, and ask someone where to find something, they will check inventory, and if they have it, will look for / with you, but if it still can't be found, they suggest doing click-and-collect.

          Alan.
