Spotted on the front counter at Queen St Whitcoulls, Kobo Touch and Sony eReaders were on clearance for $20.

I didn't see any other models and only a small pile of stock so get in there quick.

Reportedly this queen street store is closing down and turning into a Farmers.
All other stores sent stock through to this main store a while ago as they are no longer carrying the Kobo Brand. Others at the other end of the country might have better luck.

Reportedly theres only about "couple in black and a couple in silver" in that queen street store. Both still show as $170 on the system however marked sticker clearance prices can often be lower than the full price on the PC.

Additionally, Whitcoulls can apparently do manual transactions over the phone and ship things, so you could try your luck there.
