yes this is the 7th gen iPad. 8th Gen is out now for $100 more, so yes pay $100 more and you will get newer, faster and a possibly longer supported life cycle.
Wish Samsung tablets were still this cheap, refurb or 2nd hand. Just way over priced compared to Apple.
The new one can be purchased for 569-50 = 519, so basically the difference is only $50

Code doesn’t seem to work anymore - apple products listed as excluded in the T&Cs. Is there a way to get around this? Anyone been able to buy at the reduced price?
Is this the old model? APple have just released a far faster model of the basic ipad, that will likely get a few more years ios, so may last a few years longer. A10 chip is 4 generations behind the ipad air, while the new ipad basic one has an A12 chip, which appears similar to the chip in the current ipad pros. .
