    Might have to have flybuys number loaded on your phone.
    I redeemed on my phone (took three attempts though), which has flybuys loaded.
    On my wifes phone enter promo code, it didnt say anything at all, but the coffee voucher didnt
    turn up. if trying to reenter the code it says 'code already used'. She doesnt have flybuys number loaded.

      showed up quite quickly on my phone, partners took 5-10mins to load the voucher for some reason, I have flybuys loaded on mine, she doesn't on hers, so as Meridian below doesn't seem to matter, but is a little slow to load some times.

    Worked fine thanks. Took about 5mins to appear after loading. I don't have flybuys so its not linked to that.

    found the issue, you have to upgrade to the new version of the app on SOME phones.
    On my phone I didnt need to, on my wifes phone, voucher(s) showed up a few mins after upgrading app.
    (even though voucher code was entered eight hours earlier).
