This is not part of their "price promise" terms and conditions. In fact it couldn't be. How can you promise to match prices, but only if they are not too good?
Complain to both them and the Commerce Commission. If you want the product get the link to the terms and conditions, read it, and then go in store and tell them to meet them.
turn on voice recording on your phone when you go to the store, if they say no, tell them that you're recording :)
Call their 0800 number and get to do the price guarantee. They can place an order for you over the phone.
Although it sort of looks like jbhifi is out of stock so I'm not sure if they'd still do it.
