Anyone find anything decent to price match elsewhere?
Look for those well known brand like Keter, Kacher which are selling in Mitre10 and Bunnings.
Example - https://www.tradetested.co.nz/p/gardening/outdoor-power-gard… selling for $899, after 10% is $809.10. You may use this price to beat another 15% from Mitre10/Bunning which ended up paying $688.
I thought it had to be an advertised price for mitre 10 to beat it? Not a price you can add a promo code to?
I managed to get them price beat after the discounted price + shipping last round.
You just have to show them the final price in the cart.ymmv
i had very bad price matching experience with Mitre 10 Manukau couple of times.
their store "manager" wasted 30 mins of our time trying to call the other store (pbtech) to confirm that the price was a sale price and not "limited quantity clearance".
even though pbtech website has just a sale and never mentioned any limits per person.and after pbtech didn't answer his call he said:
"i can't confirm that this isn't limited quality so i can offer you compromise and price match it instead of price beating"so yeah BS…. imagine making this person take a discount code into account? yeah… no way lol
You may use tradetested's after discount price to price beat with Mitre10 or Bunnings on the same product.
My experience with Mitre10 Petone was that they added in shipping fee because tradetested based in Auckland.
But it's still a good bargain if it has something you are after.
