    They probably have the same response rates, 1ms is just marketing, especially on a 75hz screen.

      You're talking about a $11 difference, so why not just get the Asus, even if the response time of 1ms is potentially marketing BS?

        @NovaAlpha: The Freesync on the Asus is IMO more significant than its alleged 1ms, even with a 75 Hz monitor

Quality of Dell monitors is usually superior to other brands.

There is also a 27" 1440p monitor at a great price:

  I'm still using a 12 year old 22" Dell, yes they are superb. I would stay away from AOC. I have also recently purchased that 24" Dell. They also come with either built in speakers or adjustable stand for around 20 bucks extra.
