I gave it a Plus but I now regret doing so.
I bought a Massage Chair from these guys, was about to call them legit despite their arse website but the price of the massage chair I bought has gone up 10%. Actually, more than 10%.
My experience is they're pretty much on par pricing with TradeMe sellers (for the stuff that's clearance local, like these massage chairs) but at least in this moment they're at least 10% more expensive. The TradeMe price for the same chair hasn't changed.
For small items Kogan usually has better/cheaper options. But if they have an AliExpress item you can get it quicker for a premium, which is a good option to have.
But after seeing the massage chair price increase (and being the only vendor to do so) I would have rather given them a negative.

They're a legit business that's been around for a while, they dropship a lot of their smaller goods from China so delivery times can be longer than usual, we bought a dog mat off them with estimated delivery 7-14 working days and it took just over a month, and quite often you can find the same goods for cheaper from sites like Aliexpress. Their prices can also be terribly overinflated, Kogan AU stocks a lot of the same appliances, exercise equipment and other larger products and in most cases their regular non sale prices are cheaper than Bestdeals sale pricing.
