    Yup switched to eneloops over 5yrs ago, haven't bought a battery since, except for the button ones.
    
    18650 & 21700 are BOSS when it comes to lighting (torches) and other stuff

        @ace310: Yes much larger, you'll find them in good torches and is what's used in powertool battery packs and laptops.
        
        If you have a good quality charger you can acutally just rip em out from old laptops and power tool battery packs, test them and reuse them.

        @Huntakillaz: Yes I followed that thread and bought Astrolux® VC04 Micro Type-C 2A Quick Charge. It's great. Got some eneloops and found out one of them only charges upto 60%

    Same here, been over 10 years now and my old energizers have half of its capacity left, the older ones get used for remotes.
